Serving Brighton, MI

At Serra Honda Brighton, we want you to love everything about your next crossover SUV, and we are eager to help you uncover the exciting differences between the 2022 Honda HR-V and the next-generation 2023 version. Our focus on customer satisfaction is firm, so you can expect us to help you make a well-informed model and trim selection.

Performance

The 2022 HR-V is powered by a four-cylinder, 1.8-liter, 141-horsepower engine. The powertrain system includes a continuously variable auto transmission and front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is available. In 2023, the HR-V’s engine has been updated so that it is more responsive and powerful. The new engine is a 2.0-liter system that generates 158 horsepower. It comes with the same transmission, and the available all-wheel-drive system has been updated with Real Time AWD™. In addition, the 2023 HR-V now has an independent suspension at the rear.

Appearance

The exterior of the 2023 HR-V has been completely designed. In 2022, the HR-V has a flowing profile with a raked rear window and gorgeous, curved accentuation on the sides. The classic Honda grille edges into triangular headlights. For the 2023 model year, the HR-V has a more curvaceous profile with smoother sides. The hood has a deep scoop through its center. The headlights and grille have been reshaped, and the headlights are now underlined by an orange bar of light.

Features

The HR-V for 2022 and 2023 is a well-equipped vehicle. In fact, both model years have equipment like forward collision mitigation, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, smart device integration, an infotainment system screen, an auto-dimming rear mirror, leather material, USB ports, a keyless ignition, and heated front seats. In 2023, select trims add a wireless charging pad, a larger display screen, a digital instrumentation screen, wireless smart device connectivity, traffic sign recognition, traffic jam assist, and a front, wide-angle camera.
