2025 Honda Pilot vs 2024 Honda Pilot

Serving Brighton, MI

The midsize Honda Pilot continues to shine as a top choice for three-row SUV enthusiasts, thanks to Honda’s consistent efforts to enhance its offerings year after year. In 2024, the Pilot’s latest generation was introduced with significant updates. While the 2025 Honda Pilot represents a mid-generational refresh, it brings substantial improvements. Our Serra Honda Brighton sales team is excited to showcase these enhancements when you visit our showroom.

Performance

The enhancements introduced in the 2025 Honda Pilot have maintained its performance capabilities. Both model years feature a V6, 3.5-liter engine delivering 285 horsepower. While most trim levels retain front-wheel drive, the Elite, TrailSport, and Black Edition trim levels come standard with all-wheel drive.

Appearance

The 2025 model year sees adjustments in trim levels, with the base LX option discontinued and the new Black Edition taking the top spot. While the exterior design remains unchanged, the Black Edition features blacked-out trim pieces and special badging. The overall aesthetic was refreshed in 2024, boasting a sleek profile with smooth lines and a contoured hood. The grille features an upturned design with a wide mesh pattern, complemented by horizontally oriented headlights.

Features

Opting for the all-new Pilot Black Edition grants you interior badging, red accent stitching, red leather seats, and red accent lights. Aside from these additions, the 2024 and 2025 Pilot share the same equipment across trims. This includes features like Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, speed-sensitive volume control, wireless connectivity, wireless device charging, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a heated steering wheel, Honda Sensing technology, an intercom system, and up to a 9-inch central display screen.
