Serra Honda Brighton Valet Maintenance Service Terms of Service
By choosing the “Serra Honda Brighton Valet Maintenance Service,” you agree to permit a Serra Honda Brighton driver to take possession of and transport your vehicle from your designated pickup location to Serra Honda Brighton for service and return it to the original location after service. You acknowledge and agree to the following Vehicle Delivery Service Terms:
- Complimentary Pickup and Delivery: Available to service customers in Brighton, Michigan, and surrounding areas during service department business hours. (For details on distance, please see your Service Advisor for Complete Details).
- Vehicle Condition and Insurance: Your vehicle must be insured and, to your knowledge, in working condition, safe to drive to the dealership. If your vehicle is deemed unsafe to drive, you will be responsible for its transportation to the repair facility. If it stalls while being driven, you may be charged towing costs to get it to our repair facility.
- Safe Environment: The vehicle pickup and delivery must occur in a safe environment, free from hazards or safety risks to our drivers.
- Driver Authorization: Our driver is a “permitted” driver of your vehicle. You have requested this service to facilitate a more convenient vehicle repair experience.
- Responsibility for Vehicle and Items: You remain responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle due to your negligence and for any lost or stolen items left in the vehicle. You agree to remove all personal items before the pickup of your vehicle.
- No Additional Representations: We have made no other representations, guarantees, or agreements regarding the service repair of your vehicle. You will separately acknowledge any terms and conditions applicable to the purchase, trade, or additional repair outside of this scheduled visit that is being conducted.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Fuel Requirements: Your car must have a minimum of a 1/4 (one quarter) tank of gas for pickup and delivery. If the driver must add fuel, you will be charged the fuel expense plus an additional $40 fee on your service bill.
- Time Considerations: While we strive to have your car picked up and delivered in the time requested or promised, road conditions and traffic in the Brighton area can sometimes cause significant changes to those times. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
NOTE: The Serra Honda Brighton Valet Maintenance Service is complimentary. The Valet Service may be limited based on availability, distance, or other dealer-specified criteria. (See advisor for additional details.) Though valet service is complimentary, additional charges may apply as this does not include parts or repair charges incurred for repair orders at Serra Honda Brighton. A nonoperational vehicle is not eligible and will require a Roadside event.
